It is therefore a condition of the tender that each bidder must submit a proposal for both products 1 and 2. Bids submitted for only one unit will be rejected. Please note that the value shown is the total expected value of the concession. This is not the amount to be paid to LLAOL which would be circa £7,800,000 to £9,360,000 for both products.
