What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionLeicester City Council’s Estates and Building Services Division invites Tenders for the refurbishment of escalators at the Haymarket Shopping Centre. The refurbishment goods and services will include:
- Mechanical and electrical upgrades.
- Replacing worn components, updating controls, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Cleaning and reconditioning, deep cleaning, and lubrication of parts to extend the lifespan.
- Testing and commissioning to ensure operational and safety standards.
The proposed Contract will be for six (6) weeks with an option to extend for a period of no more than a further two (2) weeks. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
