Wandle Housing Association wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of works in respect of External Wall Systems (EWS) Remediation Works in relation to London & Brighton Apartments

Core works include Removal of render and Insulated metal panels, installation of cavity barriers and replacement of insulated metal panels and render, and replacement of timber decking with non-combustible material.

The budget range for this contract is between £1,300,000 - £1,800,000 in its entirety (inclusive of VAT).

The anticipated contract commencement date is 13th July 2026 ( SOS).

The Contracting Authority proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 12 months with the preferred Supplier.

NB :Suppliers are required to undertake a supervised site visit to the associated site - Please refer to schedule 1 for further instructions

Please note that Wandle Housing Association wants to manage the level of risk on the overall project, as well as limiting their own exposure. As such, Wandle has set a limit for contractors, ensuring that contractors will have no more than three projects running (up to practical completion) at the same time under this cladding programme. This will be at Wandle's discretion, and if any organisation/potential bidder is concerned about the impact of this limit on their bid, they are encouraged to clarify their position prior to commencing a response to this opportunity.
