Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

The MCA is planning to conduct pre-market engagement in two phases.
The first phase will include a presentation from project leads and the commercial team to outline the current approach to this procurement. This presentation will be held online via Microsoft Teams on 15th April 2026 from 9am to 10am. Please note, this presentation will be recorded and available to all bidders as part of the ITT pack, once the ITT is published, in line with the Procurement Act 2023.
The second phase will be a questionnaire following the presentation in phase one. This questionnaire will speak to the issues and rationale raised in the presentation and will aide the MCA in further developing a final scope and commercial model for this procurement. The market will have until Friday 24th April 2026 to respond to the questionnaire.
