The initial contract will be for 5 years(60 months) with the provision to extend for a further 3 years and will include all aspects of the tool and plant requirement.as detailed in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is circa £1,100,000 across the initial 5 year contract term and between £600-700,000 across the potential 3 year extension if applicable. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk ↗, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Project Description
The day to day Management of SBC Tool & Plant assets to ensure compliance and efficient utilisation.
The initial contract will be for 5 years(60 months) with the provision to extend for a further 3 years and will include all aspects of the tool and plant requirement.as detailed in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is circa £1,100,000 across the initial 5 year contract term and between £600-700,000 across the potential 3 year extension if applicable. The total max value of the contract is thus circa £1.8million

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 15th October 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
