What it takes to win
i

How this buyer will score bids.

The evaluation criteria and weights exactly as published on the notice, grouped by family (price, quality, social value and so on).

Evaluation split and conditions of participation as published; the tender pack may add more
How bids were scored

Lots publish different evaluation splits; there is no single procedure weighting.

Lot distribution rule: Tenderers can apply for a single Lot or multiple Lots. Where Tenderers would like to apply for multiple Lots please note that you can apply for Lot 1 & Lot 2, or Lot 2 & Lot 3. Tenderers cannot apply for all three Lots, or apply for Lot 1 and Lot 3 only.
Conditions of participation1
  • Suitability

As per PQQ documentation, UK Tenderers must hold a current and valid membership to Constructionline. (Tenderers outside of the UK must hold equivalent in their respective country).

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 60–70 points depending on the lot; most lots put it at 60 points.
  • “21-03 Electrical & Data Installation Services (Daywork Basis)” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
