What is being bought
Published requirement description21 Stephen Street is predominantly an office building, housing up to 220 BFI employees working agilely across 3 floors (pre social distancing) as well as 2 floors of tenants. It is based in Fitzrovia, directly off of Tottenham Court Road and very close to Charlotte Street with all of its F and B offers. It operates Monday to Friday only but weekend opening can be arranged if required. In 2015, part of the ground floor was converted to a restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace and operated by a third party. This contract expires at the end of May 2021 and the BFI is therefore reoffering this opportunity to the market.
