Published requirement descriptionDudley MBC’s proposed Towns Fund Project - Health Innovation Dudley (‘HID’) - will deliver a new Higher Education Centre at Castle Hill focused on Health and Life Sciences providing 4,250 sqm of learning space. Health Innovation Dudley is a key part of Dudley MBC’s regeneration vision and levelling-up journey which will complete the range of learning provision in the town by providing Dudley borough’s only Higher Education facility.The procurement is made up of five overarching lots, with eight sub-lots available for tenderers to bid for. The lots cover all aspects of design, monitoring and construction of the project. To include designers, specialist consultants for digital and BIM Information Management, Mechanical and electrical contractors, constructors, and project co-ordinators.
