Suppliers may tender for one or more Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated separately and suppliers meeting the required standards may be appointed to one or more Lots, subject to the maximum number of Framework Providers stated for each Lot. Published description of the framework
The Framework will operate across four Lots. Successful Tenderers will be appointed to the Lot or Lots for which they have successfully tendered and will only be eligible for Call-Off Contracts under those Lots.
Prices will be determined in accordance with the Framework pricing arrangements and the Provider's submitted Pricing Schedule. Prices must remain within the applicable maximum rates of £26 per child per day for Lots 1-3 and £90 per child per day for Lot 4 (SEND).
Call-Off Contracts may be awarded either without reopening competition or following a competitive selection process, in accordance with the Framework Agreement.
Where an award is made without reopening competition, the Authority will select an eligible Provider from the relevant Lot having regard to the specific requirement, including suitability, geographical coverage, venue availability, capacity, mobilisation requirements, specialist or SEND requirements, delivery arrangements, price and value for money.
Where a competitive selection process is used, eligible Providers within the relevant Lot will be invited to respond to the specific Call-Off requirement and will be assessed in accordance with the criteria and procedure set out in the Framework Agreement.
Appointment to the Framework does not guarantee any minimum volume or value of work.
