Published requirement description

This framework will be used to procure security services across Homes England sites.

Individual call-off contracts will either be via direct award or further competition.

The overall value of the framework is estimated to be GBP 10 million. Due to the changing nature of the Homes England’s national land portfolio, the estimated value of the framework takes into consideration the potential for the portfolio of sites to reduce due to disposal of land or increase due to acquisition of land. It is therefore, acknowledged that the services required under the framework may expand or reduce throughout its duration.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 80 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 8 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
  • “Homes England - Security Services Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
