What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 50 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 5 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
  • “ITT For the provision of Lifts and Lifting Equipment Services on the…” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

Publisher note: This is a bespoke framework for Star Academies which will be able to be used by other Schools or MATs if appropriate. If this arrangement proves successful it will be made a recurring contract every four years. Please note that there will be up to four successful suppliers per lot and therefore no work is guaranteed by being on the framework.
