Lot distribution rule: Bidders are invited to submit tenders for one, multiple, or all of the eight (8) available lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently, and submissions will be assessed on their own merit in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in this ITT. Bidders may be successful in being awarded more than one lot. There is no restriction preventing a single bidder from being awarded all eight (8) lots, provided they submit a compliant and competitive tender for each and achieve the highest overall evaluation score for each individual lot.
What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

supplier not published—17 Mar 2026CancelledFollowing the review of all bids received for this tender, we have made the decision to review and amend our strategic approach to how we deliver cyclical decorations. Therefore, it is our intention to close this tender with no award. It is our intention to issue a new tender later in the year that will align with the revised strategic requirements, focussing mainly on the geographical splits of the work, to bring them closer to our revised locality model for supporting customers. We thank all bidders for their submissions, and appreciate the work that went into them. We anticipate that the new tender will be issued in the 2nd quarter of the new financial year (circa August/September 2026), but this will be confirmed at a later date. We aim to give our customers the best service available for the best value for money, and hope that you will bid on the new tender to help us to deliver those goals.
