- Quality: The Quality section is split into 3 sub categories broken down as following Service Level/Maintenance 20%, Consumables 10%, Climate & Sustainability 20%. These sections will be scored by questions asked on Appendix 2 "Bidder Answer Sheet"
- Price carries 50 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 5 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
