Published description of the framework
A place on the Framework has been awarded to two Suppliers.
Suppliers were ranked according to the evaluated scores and Customers will be able to call-off by direct award to the first ranked Supplier without re-opening competition.
If the first ranked Supplier notifies the Customer that it is unable to supply or fulfil the full requirements under a Call-Off Order in accordance with the terms and conditions, including price, the Customer may then require the second ranked provider to fulfil the requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Framework.
Individual call-off contracts awarded under the Framework may vary in length and will be at the discretion of the Customer.

- Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “Elections and Electoral Registration Print and Related Services” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 2 suppliers, not a single contract, and call-offs are awarded directly: getting appointed is the whole game.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
