The PF48 assessment provides a comprehensive measure of workplace personality, motivations, behavioural tendencies, and leadership-related characteristics, generating evidence-based insights into factors such as learning agility, drive, resilience, interpersonal effectiveness, decision-making style, adaptability, and leadership readiness.
