Published award criteria (2)
  • Price: SOR and treatment programme
  • Quality: Method statement
Lot distribution rule: Where a single Bidder is awarded all seven (7) Lots, Clarion may seek additional commercial consideration from that Bidder, as part of the procurement process and in accordance with the procedure set out in this ITT
What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
