What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe Authority seeks to appoint a supply partner to provide a Contracts Management System to support its new hospital development programme. The new Hospital programme is known as Healthier Futures.

- How the procedure runs: The Authority has elected to conduct a two stage Procurement Process as follows: 1. The first stage (this stage) will consist of a selection process via a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to be issued with the Find a tender advert. 2. The second stage will consist of an Invitation to Tender (ITT) exercise. Bidders who can meet the selection criteria in Stage one will be forwarded to stage two and receive a tender. The tender will be released via out e-tendering portal Atamis to the Bidder's nominated email address.
