    In undertaking/delivery of the services the contractor will comply the following requirements and with all current and future regulations that apply to this type of operation including those relating to The Environment Agency.

    •Code of Practice- Guide to the desludging of Small Wastewater Treatment Systems.

    •Code of Practice- Maintenance and Serving of Small Wastewater Treatment.

    •Systems (Package Plants) up to 50 Population Equivalents (PE) and Larger Systems up to 1000PE.

    Required Accreditations:

    •ISO 9001 Quality Management

    •BS OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management, or ISO 45001

    •ISO 14001 Environmental Management
