  Extensions will only be entered into subject to the Framework successfully reopening each of the first 4 years.

  3 agreed KPIs: Service Delays · Quality of Candidates - Assignments cut short · Quality of Candidates - Safety Compliance

  • Service Delays, The target of 100% for staff being onsite by the agreed start date is retained. The existing framework buffer applies. meaning a service Credit will not be triggered unless performance falls below 90% for any give customer in any given month.
  • Quality of Candidates - Assignments cut short, The target for this KPI shall be applied on a staged basis as follows: Months 1-12: under 15% Months 13-18: under 12% Month 19 onwards under 10%
  • Quality of Candidates - Safety Compliance, For the avoidance of doubt, a candidate who arrives at an assignment without their physical DBS certificate, but whose compliance has been verified and evidenced by the Supplier prior to the commencement of the assignment, shall not constitute a failure against this KPI. The Supplier must be able to evidence upon request that all relevant compliance checks were completed prior to assignment commencement. Where a candidate persistently attends assignments without their physical documentation, the Supplier shall address this through its candidate on-boarding and pre-assignment briefing process.
