Published requirement description

As England’s largest provider of specialist housing and care for those in later life, we manage 54,000 homes for both rent and sale to those aged 55 and over. This opportunity will cover water supplies and services used by all business and non domestic locations in Anchor, this is primarily care homes and communal areas in housing. It also includes sites with bulk commercial meters where domestic water is provided to individual properties through the commercial meter.
