Published requirement description
  • Establish a compliant multi lot framework that delivers value for money, quality, and delivery certainty, with Lot 1 (New Build - Supply & Fit) and Lot 3 (Reactive Voids - Supply Only) awarded to solus suppliers, and Lot 2 (Major Works/Refurbishment - Supply Only) awarded to a Primary and Secondary supplier, with all works allocated to the Primary Supplier and the Secondary retained as contingency.
  • Procure the Framework using a three stage Competitive Flexible Procedure comprising Stage 1 - Selection Questionnaire (PSQ), Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender (ITT), and Stage 3 - Negotiation and Best and Final Offer (BAFO), followed by award; no interviews, presentations, or site visits will be undertaken, and a minimum of the top three ranked suppliers from the ITT stage will be invited to the negotiation/BAFO stage, although L&Q reserves the right to invite any number of suppliers at its discretion. L&Q also reserves the right to not engage in Stage 3 - Negotiation and Best and Final Offer (BAFO) and award after Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender (ITT).

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “Kitchens Supply & Supply & Fit” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract: call-offs may be direct or by further competition.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

supplier not published—28 Sept 2026CancelledDear Supplier, Following an internal review with relevant stakeholders, we wish to reassess our requirements for Lot 1 and Lot 3 of the Framework. Accordingly, we have taken the decision to abandon the procurement of Lot 1 and Lot 3, and will not be making any award in respect of it pursuant to this procurement process. We will shortly be publishing a procurement termination notice on the Central Digital Platform to this effect. For the avoidance of doubt, our decision to abandon only relates to Lot 1 and Lot 3 of the Framework. We intend to proceed with the procurement and award of Lots 2 of the Framework as originally planned. We would like to thank you for your interest in Lot 1 and Lot 3 and for submitting a tender for it. Kind regards, L&Q Commercial Procurement
